Welcome to www.WildTechPhotography.com. By accessing or using this website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services.

1. Services & Deliverables

WildTech Photography provides professional real estate photography, aerial imaging, videography, and related media services. All deliverables, including images, videos, floor plans, and virtual tours, are custom-created for each client and considered non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Payment Terms

All services are due in full at the time of booking or delivery, unless otherwise arranged. We reserve the right to withhold final deliverables until payment has been received.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled shoot may incur a cancellation fee. WildTech reserves the right to reschedule services due to unsafe conditions, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final.
Refunds or credits will only be issued at WildTech’s sole discretion and only in cases of service failure or documented technical error. Dissatisfaction due to subjective factors such as style or creative interpretation is not grounds for refund.

5. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

All media produced by WildTech Photography remains the intellectual property of WildTech unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use delivered media for the marketing of the specific property it was created for. Reuse, redistribution, resale, or repurposing of any media for future listings, advertising campaigns, or third-party sales without written consent and prior arrangement is strictly prohibited.

6. Liability & Assumption of Risk

The client assumes full responsibility for ensuring property access, safety, and compliance with any homeowner association (HOA), municipal, or FAA regulations. By booking services, the client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless WildTech and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from on-site activity, drone operations, or post-delivery media use.

7. Turnaround Times & Revisions

Standard photo and video turnaround times will be communicated at time of booking. Minor retouching requests may be granted at WildTech’s discretion. Additional edits or revisions may be billed separately.

8. Website Content & Accuracy

While we strive to keep information accurate and up-to-date, WildTech makes no guarantees regarding the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of content presented on this website.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Updates to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services or website after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
